Shinka Niseko

Shinka Niseko is a new development located in the heart of Hirafu, blending a tasteful, luxury aesthetic with an eye to a high level of functionality. The net effect is the provision of an exceptional alpine living experience to its guests and thus a well-positioned asset to its new owner.
